Sarah Hutchinson R.N. RYT 500, Anusara Inspired Teacher offers yoga and meditation instruction to all comers. She teaches yoga as an invitation to play and explore, connect and attune to self, community and nature. Sarah has studied with Rod Styker, John Friend, Desiree Rumbaugh and many other remarkable teachers. Growing up in the forests and beaches of New England, Sarah migrated West for the mountaineering, and skiing 35 years ago and now calls the Grand Mesa of Western Colorado home.
